Return & Refund Policy

At AB Furnishing, we aim to provide high-quality home furnishing products and ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.


1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The product received is damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong product
  • The product has a manufacturing defect

To be eligible for a return:

  • The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • The product must be returned with original packaging, tags, and invoice

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return:

  • Used or washed products
  • Products damaged after delivery due to misuse
  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Products purchased during clearance or special sale offers

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Provide your Order ID, product details, and reason for return.
  3. Our team will review the request and provide return instructions.

Once approved, the product must be shipped back or picked up by our logistics partner.


4. Refund Process

After we receive and inspect the returned product:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.

In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or store credit.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product.

We will arrange for a replacement or full refund depending on the situation.


6. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged product), the return shipping cost will be covered by AB Furnishing.
  • If the return is due to customer preference, shipping charges may apply.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before they are shipped.

Once the product has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible, and customers must follow the return process.
