Cancellation Policy

At AB Furnishing, we understand that sometimes customers may need to cancel an order. This Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which orders can be canceled.


1. Order Cancellation by Customer

Customers may request order cancellation before the product has been shipped.

If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, you can request cancellation by contacting our support team with your Order ID.

Once the order is canceled, the refund will be initiated to the original payment method.


2. Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled

Orders cannot be canceled in the following situations:

  • The product has already been shipped
  • The order is out for delivery
  • The product has already been delivered

In such cases, customers may refer to our Return & Refund Policy for further assistance.


3. Refund for Cancelled Orders

If an order is successfully canceled:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed through bank transfer or store credit.


4. Cancellation by AB Furnishing

AB Furnishing reserves the right to cancel an order under certain circumstances, including:

  • Product out of stock
  • Incorrect pricing or listing error
  • Payment issues
  • Suspected fraudulent transaction

If AB Furnishing cancels your order, the full amount will be refunded.
